Tubbercurry Golf Club

Competition Results; Over the weekend we had a 9 Hole “Stableford” competition sponsored by Eamon Scanlon TD, with first claimed by Padraic Larkin (23 pts), followed by the usual reliables of Brendan Leonard (21) and John T Marren (21) in third.

Next weekend’s competition is another 9 Hole sponsored by a new member, Richard Kennedy of KORM - the competition is over both Saturday and Sunday

Date for your Diary; The Captains “drive in” is scheduled for Sunday 6th March followed by an 18 Hole Scramble. Please enter your name on the sheet if you intent to play.

Junior Boys; A 9 hole competition has been running for the past few days and will continue until next Saturday 26 February.

We welcome all juniors who wish to take up this sport and will shortly organise lessons in order to help on finer skills of the game – contact Keith Feehily @ 0866066503 for further information.

Defibrillator training; The club are organising training (free of charge) on a Defibrillator in April. Any member wishing to undertake this valuable course should contact Gerard Roache @ 0863275327.
